AGM Monday June 9th
Submitted on: 14/05/2008
The AGM will be on Monday June 9th at 8:15 pm after an hour of drumming in the Sinfonia Centre. It has been agreed that it is best to have this meeting on a Monday night so that as many people as possible can make it. We have had to change the date as some key people could not make May 19th and the accounts need to be audited in time for this meeting too which we are organising. The meeting will last 1 hour and then those who fancy on to the Bluebell for a drink.
This is a really important meeting as it will determine the future of the groups and Worldbeaters Music have a proposal to present to the group for Streetbeaters 08-09. I will bring printed copies of the proposal along this Monday 19th for people to look at in advance of the meeting.
